Cleveland School Of Rhythmic Arts
We are happy to welcome you to our school and delighted at an opportunity to work with your children.
We have implemented several Policies and Procedures to assure that the training goes smoothly and your child is happy.
1. Respectful Communication:
- Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with the coach, school staff, and other parents, using appropriate language and behavior, especially in the presence of students.
- If a parent has a concern or issue, they should submit a written notice directly to the Head Coach as the primary means of communication.
- The comfort of the parent is a priority, and the coach will respond promptly and schedule a meeting if needed to address the issue.
- Any public conflict initiated by a parent may result in the immediate dismissal of the student without reimbursement of unused tuition.
2. Respect for the Training Environment:
- Parents must remain respectful and kind toward each other at the gym and during competitions to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Parents may not discuss any students in a negative way during practice or at competitions.
- Side coaching or parental involvement during practice is not allowed. If you bring your child to practice, you are entrusting them to the coach, and it is important to allow the training process to take place without interference.
- If you have any concerns or commentary about the way practice is going, you must schedule a time to speak with the Head Coach privately.
3. Confidentiality & Professionalism:
- Parents should refrain from making negative comments about the coach, staff, or other members of the school to parents, students, or outside parties.
- Discussions regarding staff or team concerns should be handled directly with the appropriate person rather than through third parties.
4. Supportive Attitude:
- Parents are encouraged to foster a positive and inclusive environment by supporting all team members and coaches.
5. Constructive Feedback:
- Any concerns or complaints should be addressed privately and respectfully with the coach through written communication in a private chat, avoiding public or confrontational discussions, especially in front of students.
6. Representing the Club:
- Parents should strive to represent the club positively at competitions, events, and public settings, ensuring that their actions uphold the club’s reputation.
